Chinese Take-Away….

Well, not really.  To celebrate the Chinese New Year, I made edamame fried rice for the boys and Orange ChickUN and Vegetables.  It was delicious.  I served it over brown rice.  It was much better than any take-away from a restaurant.  Mmmm.

The boys made paper lanterns and drew dragons to celebrate the new year.  It is the year of the dragon.
