Pasta! Pasta!!!!

For dinner this evening, I made basil pesto pasta.  I made the basil pesto from some awesome basil from our friend Rhonda’s garden.  Nothing beats fresh from the garden.  I served the pasta with oven baked polenta fries.

Last night, I made our shepherd’s pie pie, it is a favorite around here. Simple, tasty, and makes a ton.

Monday was our weekly baking day.  I made granola, pumpkin bread, and not pictured, scones.  I am so excited about finally having some Fall weather around here.  And I love, love, love pumpkin season.  Mmmm.
