Pizza and pumpkin. Not together of course. But hey, you never know, that might be tasty. Last night for dinner I made a nutty goat cheeze, beet green, carmelized onion, fresh garlic and kalamata pizza. Wow! It was amazing. The nutty goat cheeze recipe is from Melody of Melo Meals. I also made pumpkin bread yesterday. I had some pumpkin leftover from when we made pancakes, so I created a bread recipe. I like this recipe because it calls for less sugar than most pumpkin bread recipes. I added walnuts and dried cranberries as well. My guys loved it.
Can you believe Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away? Time has gone by so fast. Do you have any plans? What are you cooking? I love Thanksgiving leftovers. Mmmm, I think vegans have the best Thanksgiving food around.
