Two Vegan Boys Weblog

A journey of cooking vegan food for my family.


This evening made a roasted cauliflower, garlic, and swiss chard dish with a side of quinoa and chickpeas.  It was quite tasty.  Simple, yet very well rounded.  A lot of vitamins, minerals, and goodness were represented in this meal.  I love meals that hit all four food groups and then some.  And are tasty too. 

It was a lazy day today.  The boys played Legos, their latest and longest obsession so far.  We hung out around the house and were pretty much slackers with the exception of language arts time.
