After a busy day, we came home this afernoon a little tired, but ready for dinner. I made Caribbean food, and oh my goodness, it was amazing. I made Jamaican jerk tofu, papaya/mango salsa, and Caribbean rice and beans. For dessert, I made a banana bread pudding with a homemade caramel sauce. It was seriously one of the best desserts I have ever tried. Oh so good.
